Regina was born on 06 October 1993. She is from the Doba community of the Kasena Nankana East district of Ghana. She is currently a college student who has been working with The African Kinship Reunion since 2016. Her aspiration is to become a sociologist and accelerate the development of her community and Africa at large.

Project Assistant 1
Nyaaba Regina’s involvement in The African Kinship Reunion was crucial to the project’s establishment within Ghana. She helped TAKiR gain entrance into communities through her service as a translator, interpreter, and saliva sample collector. Currently, she travels throughout the northern regions of Ghana to collect saliva samples as requested and continues to facilitate family interactions for participants residing outside of Paga, Ghana.
